I'm not jumping on you. I'm disagreeing with you.

I think reading independent news sources would be a good place to start, and doing some thorough research about the debt we have, what caused it etc.

Even if we had a budget emergency, why do the poorest people have to shoulder the burden? And the billionaires keep getting richer?

    I find it very strange.

This isn't about "other countries debts" this is about Australia's debt. And Australia has quiet a large debt compared to what we use to have.

I don't know you expected us to get through a financial crisis without debt ..

They aren't jumping on you, they are disagreeing with you.

I really don't understand why you would enter a thread like this which is obviously emotionally charged and say I heart the tones and then refuse to engage any further when you are questioned as to why.

Either stand by your man or just ignore this thread altogether.

Sorry, not trying to sound snarky but I keep seeing this sort of behaviour in this thread ie

Poster: I LOVE TA and this budget.
Other: Why? What about x,y and z
    Poster: I DON"T HAVE TO PROVE MYSELF111!!!11

Like Americas student loan system. I hear so many good tales of how they turn out... Wait... No I don't.
