I was also glad to see there were no changes to the ccr.
I agree with this. It was never going to be a nice budget, but it wasn't as bad as expected.

I have no issue paying $7 to see a GP if $5 of that is going towards Medical Research Projects.

I am strongly in favour of reducing middle class welfare. Families on over $100,000 do not need family tax benefit. (I am one of those families)

Welcome to one of the reasons people get into the s3x industry.

Kinda funny, in a horribly sad way.

They always have to recoup losses.People will lose jobs ect it was always going to happen. I like the budget because it cracks down on the people milking the system and gets more tax of the higher earners.
Why should more tax be taken off the higher income earners though? I agree with most of what you have said but this irks me. A person earning $150,000 for example pays nearly 40% of their wage to tax as it is meaning their take home pay is significantly lower paying tax of $57,000. Its ludicrous. They shouldn't have to pay more but they are always having to! Reason why it's not worth my highly qualified husband going back to the high earning position he was once in.

You get thousands back for IVF, not sure what you are going on about

This won't stop rorters, it's going to kill low income families many that ARE working.

So the poorest should be taken to breaking point while the rich keep getting richer? Good lord.

    I agree. It's fair.
