    Default Chrisco website down & their phone goes straight to engaged tone.

    I need to update my address details with Chrisco.

    However I can't access their website, all I get is a blank page and when I try to call them the phone doesn't ring, it just has a busy signal.

    It's a bit of a worry, I'm considering calling the bank and cancelling my direct debit until I can contact them.

    Anyone been in touch with them recently?

    I just had a look myself. It doesn't look good does it. Maybe you could see if there is a Facebook page?

    Perhaps they're just having technical problems today?

    Or has it been an ongoing issue?'

    I wouldn't cancel the direct debit yet, you might not be able to get the money that you've already paid back.....

    I was going to wait a few days before I cancelled my direct debit at the bank, it can be restarted, but if the company had gone south I didn't want to give them any more money. I've already paid for a good chunk of this years order.

    Hadn't checked FB obviously. lol
