    Default Is it bullying?

I'm curious ... Is bullying by exclusion a thing? In a work team of 10, if a person decides to repeatedly purposefully block out one single person by means of blatantly ignoring them when they speak, dropping them off facebook, and organising activities for the rest of the team but not inviting that one person, is it bullying?

    Absolutely.

Exclusion is one of the nastiest forms of bullying imo

Definitely. In my experience it's the kind of bullying that women in particular are very good at, which is why I think it seems to have a lower profile. It is very passive aggressive and hurtful, and can make the victim feel utterly helpless.
