Thanks Newly2BMum. I have travelled a bit...not with my husband but we plan to live overseas without kids in the future. We don't have many friends our age/stage that are thinking of having kids, let alone thinking of settling down. But we don't really want to plan our own family around other people. We will probably be the first. I kind of figure that life goes on, yes it will be different but it doesn't end just because of kids.

Sorry to put a detour on the current conversation.. Am I right in thinking if the control and test line are the same colour that's a positive? I'll attach a photo see what you all think. Thanks ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1405383631.774013.jpg

Is that a ovulation test or pregnancy test??
If its a ovulation test the other line needs to be darker than control line

If you have been in a long term relationship and you both agree that you are ready to start a family, are in a suitable place with your career/home and can afford it blah blah, then who cares what others think. Plenty of people have their first way younger than 23/24!
Being the first in the group may be hard, but someone has to do it

Everyone lives their lives their own way. For example, just because some people think you need to travel first or whatever, that's their want, not yours.
I personally have no interest in travelling. I/we have other interests.
If you want, have kids young and travel later, I know so many that did that and can afford amazing holidays.
Life and goals don't have to end when you have kids - I have finally started to believe this, as it was putting me off.

We are mid-twenties and planning to TTC late this year. People expect it cause we have been married for a few years but I bet when we do announce it one day, we will get the 'too young' comments.

If you are happy who cares!

6th day of injections, had my first blood test this morning.. Apparently my result was that I was surging quite well and that I had to up my gonal f injection from 75 to 100 just to help push a little but more. Another blood test Thursday but with my first ultrasound .. Fingers crossed

Injection tonight hurt a little but more then usual.. Not sure why. I am changing the injection spot each time? X

My cycle has been going forever this month. Around Day 50 :-( I went off the pill in April after 2 a half years. The first 2 months were pretty normal. Did any of you have the same? It's so frustrating.

When i first went off the pill after being on it for 14 years my first 2 cycles were regular, varied slightly and i even totally missed a period as well but now its very regular. It just might take a while to regulate for you. Don't stress too much the body does strange things.

Its soooo difficult to not obsess over my symptoms but lately i have a dull pelvic ache that comes and goes, i'm peeing lots but i think its because i'm trying to drink more water (i hate drinking water) and i have pimples on my chin that won't go away.
Its way too early to tell right???
I ovulated on the 8th and there is a really good chance all the baby dancing worked. But ive gotta keep it cool, gotta keep it cool!! eeeeeek

Yep, pretty normal. I had crazy cycles earlier this year and had a 49 day cycle the cycle before I fell pregnant. Also stress can play a huge part in it so if you have something stressful happening in your life it can affect your cycles.

Try not to stress too much and let you body sort itself out.
