I had no idea she was trying and she doesn't and won't know I am. Other than my best friend and dp no one knows and my best friend only knows because she is trying for #2!

Both my mum and sister have had to have c sections due to narrow hips on the inside and my specialist mentioned it's going to be the case for me :/ but I'm not too concern other than i won't be able to pick up bub or do much for a while

Hi I am 29 and am waiting for my first real period after coming off the pill and it is nowhere to be seen. It's quite frustrating as we TTC from June and it is kind of pivotal to the process lol! I was on the pill for about 2 years. How long did it take you ladies to regulate after stopping contraception? I am also very clueless on the abbreviations being used so please fill me in. Cannot wait to get the process started.

I was on the pill for 7 years and stopped in February. I got my first period on the 27th February and they have been 28-30 days apart since. It was my first cycle TTC this month so they are due on Saturday (hopefully they don't come). All the best and hope they arrive soon

Im the same. EVERYONE around me is pregnant or have just had a baby. Its all i think about and having it around me constantly makes me want it even more!
I did a pregnancy test on Monday and it was negative. But it was only a week after unprotected (impatient much?) Will retest in about a week :P But then gotta wait until my cycle is over before we 'start again'

I know we haven't been ttc that long, I just wish it would happen already! I thought being 20's that it would happen in no time! My partner works fifo and so I usually break the bad news that we were not yet preggers to him by phone, which initially really upset me, I think after the first 2 times AF arrived I realised I needed to stress less and hopefully it will happen soon! It will happen when the time is right. Anyway that is me! I love reading all the posts to realise I'm not the only one feeling the way I am!
    Hey there!
Welcome! Im new here too I agree that it shouldn't be difficult to conceive in your 20's but the more i talk to people the more im finding its common which is not comforting. My partner and i decided on October to try for #1 but kind of started now which is great. Fingers crossed it doesnt take long for you and your partner lol try and stress less (easier said than done)

I stopped drinking about 3-4 years ago for personal reasons, so I don't have to worry about stressing if I should be drinking while ttc cos I already don't haha.
I'm the same where everyone around me is falling prg. It's hard enough when you've been trying unsuccessfully, but now knowing we can't fall naturally makes it even harder still to see it all. I actually disconnected my fb a couple if days ago, decided a hiatus was definitely required!!!

Thanks loz09 sounds like all is working for you. I just think I am being impatient as it's very much in my nature. A question for all the ladies out their...how are you finding your partners with the whole baby talk and TTC?
