    Default morning sickness

    hey ladies,

lately I've been having a real problem with morning sickness. I'm about 6 weeks with my first bubba and today has been the worst day since finding out I'm pregnant. I literally had to get off of the bus today. I already have morning sickness tablets that are supposed to help but I'm just wondering if there's any little tricks?

    Thanks x

I've heard that the lemon lime and bitters flavour frosty fruits icy poles are good for ms. I just got a packet of bulla sweet and sour icy poles and I reckon they would be super for it too. Not sure about the medication side of it though. Sorry.

Sour lollies were great, as was water with lemon juice in it, or lemonade. Not sure why it worked but it did.

I know ginger works for some people, so that could be worth a try.

Good luck! Hope it passes for you soon!

I used to suck on Fruit Tingle lollies and use sea sickness bands on my wrist.

You poor thing, morning sickness is awful.

Twisties actually helped me (didn't like them before and don't like them now, but scared my life during pregnancy). Red frozen drinks and water crackers also were great.

Heard that ginger anything (beer, raw ginger etc) helps and bananas. They didn't work for me though.
