I lost my baby weight both times by controlling portion sizes and cutting junk. If I restrict myself too much I end up going on a junk food bender, so focused more on potion sizes and eating whole unprocessed foods most of the time with a treat a few times a week.
When losing my weight I generally had a smoothie for breakfast, green soup & rye bread or ham & salad wrap for lunch, a small portion of whatever we were having for dinner and snacks were natural greek yogurt/ nuts/ crackers & cheese/ homemade protein balls/ boiled egg with hommus/ veg sticks with hommus. I also don't do low fat anything - whole milk, cheese, yogurt etc. I'm more wary of added sugar than I am fat, and I lost weight fine eating whole fat foods.
