    Default Rental Assistance

I have a question about single parent rental assistance. I'm not sure if it is a "how long is a piece of string" type question but with rental assistance is it a blanket certain percentage of the rent that gets supported like say 40% or does it depend on how much you earn, where the property is or anything else?
    TIA.

Depends on your income I think and also the amount of rent you pay. Though it is capped at a certain amount no matter how high your rent is. I think the maximum is about $140/fortnight or something.

Yes as CMF said, it's based on your income and rent payable.

Rent assistance us usually paid with FTB and not a ppp payment. Yes it depends on how much you earn and also how many dependant children you have and how much your rent is. Like a pp said it's capped. It also is dependant if your eligible for FTB A. you gotta be eligible for part A to get RA.

Nothing to do with where the house is.
