Bit of favouritism going on there I think.

    Well done to Ben
I wondered that. Pile of dirt looked like chocolate and tasted like it. Strange...

I reckon the judges see a bit of themselves in the young guys, and are biased in favour of them without even realising most times..... There's no way those guys (as in previous seasons) are amazing cooks.

It's on the website. No bookings are available yet though
Bookings open in September apparently. I've signed up to the Crown e-newsletter and Heston Blumenthal Australia on Facebook so will hopefully get notifications. I'm hoping DH and I will be able to get a booking and go. I'm selling it as belated 40th birthday present for me. DH is pretty excited with the idea. It will be really hard to get a booking though as it's only open here for about 6 months...

Really sorry to see Amy go last night!

@firsttimemum34, Ben's dish looked incredible. His hands were shaking so badly when he was plating it I'm amazed it looked as good as it did!

Want Gary to come over and cook that yummy hotpot (minus the guts) for me! That looked so good!
