Can anyone give me a quick rundown of how they went last night. I saw up to the judges tasting Laura's and Jamie's dishes (then hubby put on state of origin 😁)

I would have loved to try all of their dishes. It looked amazing! Just the kind of foods I love to eat.

I was so surprised at the red team going into elimination though! Not so surprised about the green team but still seems unfair when it's just the public judging them. Are they really just judging them on flavours?

@meredithgrey, you are absolutely right about the public judging on all of those things. I was just kind of wondering when this episode had been filmed because the judges mentioned that all the people there were massive MasterChef fans. So if it was relatively recent, were people's preferences for individual competitors on the show coming into play, in which case it may not be as fair. Having said that, it was probably done awhile ago so may not have come into it at all.

I'm always a bit dubious about the "public vote". Who would know really what the final numbers were? I didn't expect the blue team to win it. I thought it would be yellow for sure.
