    I can't quote him but he said something ridiculously arrogant at the very start of the episode. Ow. I wish I could remember.

    Yes definitely. And she said it herself...she chose to get rid of the meat because she thought fruit & vege would give her an advantage. Kind of funny she stuff up

    It was very yummy, I stuffed myself. Not amazing though, I've used similar bases before but using tinned tomatoes instead of tinned soup. The soup gave it a little something extra though. It would work nicely with lamb shanks too I reckon.
