    Boy, lots happening here. Congratulations to those newly PUPO, hope this is the cycle for you

    Welcome @Kahu.
    @Fiona2 it aint over until BT says so. Hope it's just a bit of spotting and not Af.

    @Bolssom1 & @kazyB how are you going?

    AFM: I got results back from some tests for the MTHRF gene that my naturopath ordered and I am hetrozygous for the C677T and A1298C genes. Has anyone lese had this? She said that it means I won't absorb folate as easily and so need to increase my intake. I will be interested to see what FS makes of this. I am still waiting on the test results from him but I know some are back (but don't know the result). Will see him on the 17th for a scan and to find out results of tests that are in by then.

    @Fiona hope the spotting means nothing bad. I have heard it is common. Good luck for your BT on Friday. If your worried call your clinic today they cna probably do the BT earlier for you. Mine have before.x @francis and @missalina good luck for EPU. Always a bit daunting. Agree Frances it never gets an easier our expectations are always high. Hoping for great results for you both. I also laughed at the Fat part of your post. Don't even go there with me when I stim I balloon up and look 3 months pregnant ..every time. @Bellydance I have heard of it. They should give you a script to get a higher dosage of folic. They will prob get you to start it asap. I had a friend not on here who had the same results. @leyshoja and @Blossom how is your 2ww going ladies? Hope your going okay? @KayzB not much longer now for you another weekish, right?
    AFM no frosties again for me. I think my clinic must be really uber fussy on what they keep when I stimmed here I got 5 frosties (all failed) but the two stims I did with genea they haven't kept any. I had 5 embryos the first stim and transferred one and six this time and transferred two. Is anyone else here at genea and if so do you ever get frosties? My hubby was a bit gutted but I was more meh it was expected. On another note my neighbour who I mentioned had a go at me about my puppy the day I had ET and 4 hours of flights home was welding this morning from 8am until 10.30am it took all my hormonal control to not walk out and yell at him. How the hell he even heard her barking over the racket he makes every single day is beyond me. I hope beyond hope that both my embryos implant and I get not one but two gorgeous babies who scream, run and play and make such a racket day in and day out, then he will know just what noise is

    Ahhaha @Sharlee32 I hope you get your screaming babies too!! Thanks for your comments re MTHFR, she has given me activated folate/higher doses so hopefully that helps. Sorry to hear you didn't get any frosties. I don't have any experience with Genea but maybe them being extra fussy is to save you the heartache and expense of failed cycles??
    @francesthecat your FAT comment made me laugh too. Good luck for EPU. Good luck also to @miissalina, hope you both get lots of eggies tomorrow.

    @Fiona2, thinking of you. Try and get your blood test today so you know one way or the other. I have a cousin who had a slight bleed for the first 3 months around the time her period would have been due. If she hadn’t have been trying, she would have probably been one of those women who didn’t know she was pregnant.
    @francesthecat and missalina, good luck with your collections. Frances sorry you are so bloated but thanks for the laugh about the weight section on your form.

    Sharlee, blossom and leyshoja, all the best with your two week waits. Hopefully you don’t start going crazy like I seem to be. @Sharlee sorry you didn’t get any frosties, but I’m sure you have 2 children coming to you in 9 months.

    Welcome @Kahu. I had my transfer on Saturday and had a nasty cold which I still have It also didn’t help that I had to fly to our Auckland office on Tuesday and back on Wednesday. I figure if it is going to work, it is going to work and me having a cold would have nothing to do with it being unsuccessful.

    Hello to everyone else.

    Thanks ladies for the welcome. Kazb, I have 2 embys left, both are 5 day blast, and the one being transferred tomorrow is 6aa grade, the other is 5aa grade. Fingers crossed.i just called FS and they said it's fine to go ahead with a cold, just as long as i don't have temps or taking cold and flu pills.

    Head on over to the natural killer thread under reproductive immune issues here on bubhub, there are ladies there who have that and are being treated by dr m in syd or I think it's dr ld in Mel.

    Even if the fat lady sings, still hang in there til BT. With my BFP, I had a massive bleed about 7dp5dt. Thought I was out for sure. POAS was negative. The next day (bleeding had slowed, but still AF worthy), in an attempt to further torture myself, I did another POAS. Came up positive, stayed positive for another 33 or so weeks before I had my bubba girl. Bled on and off (and often a lot as the pessaries make the cervix susceptible to bleeding).
