in the meantime he is wondering if I'm pcos-ish and changed me to a long down reg protocol which will be 3 cycles with embryo banking, followed by day 2 biopsy and transfer after 3 cycles of any possible good embies after hysteroscopy/endometrial scratch. Started sniffing yesterday. And so it goes on.

The good news is that DH has to finally have a taste of suffering he has to ice his balls and drink disgusting aloe Vera juice bahahaha. If he biatches ill just be rolling my eyes and saying 'come talk to me when you've had ur pink bits needled four times'....
Great news things are looking up!! What's the idea behind the aloe vera juice? Is this "Dr Wazza"!?

hello darling! Gah, still waiting ! I'm so nervous about what we will find out on Monday. Our embies get defrosted tomorrow and if we are lucky they keep growing and we transfer on Monday morning. I've been thinking of you and wondering how you're going in the 2ww? Hanging in there!?

Oh that's nerve wracking, hope you get 2 little embies ready to go! Yeah hanging in there, normal one moment, mental the next (eg last night DH called me crazy so I threw my progesterone pessaries towards him and yelled 'you see how you feel after sticking these up your butt''). This is extremely irrational and crazy!! Lol. Normally not so insane :/

Will be stalking for your news on the thaw tomorrow arvo, GL!!

hahaha! I think I'm getting to that stage of cray cray too. Started having a pop at my partner today. He's just so uber cool about everything that it makes me feel like I am alone in this IVF rollercoaster. He's just not as emotionally dragged up and down as I am. Makes me feel very alone at times.
But I know if we do manage to pop out another sprog he'll be crying at his/her birth. I just wish he wouldn't be so flippant about it all right now.
@blossom1 for monday. I guess if you don't get a call in the next couple of days you know that transfer is going to go ahead?

    Hi everyone,
I have been trying to conceive for 2 and 1/2 years now. Tried all three fertility assistance methods (ivf, icsi and iui), various drs all over Brisbane and seen many specialist for my hubby's low morphology. I am 29 my hubby is 29 and from our third fet, last month, I am so happy to say we got pregnant!

I decided to post my experience on here because for the last 2+years I have enjoyed reading the positive outcomes from others journeys and I hope I give 1 other person a lil hope in writing this.

i started to think I would never get a call saying 'you're pregnant' or read a home pregnancy test saying 'pregnant'. Although I am a positive person I couldn't visualise the moment happening so I thought maybe it's just not in my life's path, maybe I'm to adopt a child in need. I had begun looking into adopting (last mth) and found out we weren't eligible if we have done fertility assistance within a six month period upon application time.

I had had 2 fet cycles in a row, all unsuccessful - gut wrenching. I even told the nurses after this month (3rd fet), if unsuccessful again, I would need to break (emotionally) from icsi.

During this particular 2 week wait (4 days before my period was due) I noticed my heart rate would race a lot (kind of felt like I drank too much caffeine), I noticed my urine had an odour and I still craved chocolate the day before my period would have been due. Other than that I didn't feel much different.

    wishing you all bfp!!
