Where is it? DS once had an awful nappy rash like that and we stopped using baby wipes...

It's actually on me...started on top of my boobs and is now sort of all over them and coming up my neck.

Ouch, that looks painful. Is it itchy, hot, raised? Could it be shingles? Allergy (did you do gardening today?). I have no idea - do you have an antihistamine at home you can take?

Is it itchy? It kind of looks like a dermatitis? So maybe a reaction to something? You poor thing it looks sore!

I'd also take an antihistamine and use a steroid cream.

Yeah it's sort of itchy but sore so can't scratch it. Yes I have some antihistamines I'll give those a try, just was worried it's something I could pass to DD, but seems not

At that severity I would be getting it checked out ASAP. It looks very nasty.

I'm not one to rush to the doctors but I'd be getting that checked out pretty promptly, especially if it's spreading. That looks very sore.
