Haha happy I could give you a giggle!

I have heard a lot of positive things about acupuncture but cant bring myself to do it- have an intense fear of needles and even though I know its different and painless, the thought of them going into my skin makes me ill.

I started using EPO but got slack, really should start again!

Been getting very crampy this arv and tonight, nothing exciting though.

Hopefully theres some baby action on your end soon!!

My first session wasn't painless! She tapped the needles in with quite a bit of force, and came back every 15 mins to jiggle them, which also hurt. But not unbearably so, and once she stopped, I couldn't feel them.

So I had my sweep 4pm yesterday.

Have had pains like I've got a tummy bug since, but nothing else exciting.

Was 3 cm dilated and cervix had less than .5cm left to efface.

About to go for a walk to see if I can get things moving.

Stretch & sweep done. I was 2cm dilated before she started but cervix is still quite thick. Bub is almost completely engaged though, last week she was still above my pelvis so big change. Lost lots of 'lady goo ' ( as the midwife called it ) and had a bloody show. Midwofe said bub will more than likely be here in the next few days.

Omg the amount of pressure down there is insane! And I feel like I am beibg ripped apart inside (which is how my labour with dd2 started). Nothing overly regular but something sure is happening! Hopefully it wont be too long!
