Default What is going on with my cycle?

I had a baby 7months ago and went on implanon for 5 months which really didn't agree with me so had it removed. I've since been on the mini pill for 6 weeks and have missed taking 3 of them by mistake. For a few weeks now I have had menstrual like cramps that have been getting worse. I've tested 3 bfn but wondering what is going on. If I'm not pregnant where is my period?
