Hi ladies sorry for late reply, met with my f/a today and we are going thought with the d&c tomorrow.
My husband and I both were there with a list of questions and she has assured me that ashermans is not going to be a worry, she said to me she will be looking for ashermans as she thinks when I had a colposcopy few years back due to abnormal cells the doctor has done damage and scared my cervix or something, she said her main aim is to dilate and said that when I do eventually get pregnant I will have that problem where it may not hold so they will stitch me up but obviously that's a worry I'll have after I'm pregnant, we will be putting the egg in next month then having 6/8 months off as I'm about to have a breakdown.
She also said I'm going to have a trial egg transfer after d&c to see how I am and if it's difficult and not great for me she will twilight sedate me. Just fingers crossed as everything we have done for the last year has ended up with something worse to follow xx

I also think it's important to be well prepared for any meeting with your FS or other specialists. Write down all the questions you can think of and ask them (no matter how silly they might seem). My DH and I used to do this the night before we met with our Dr's. It's your body and your future baby you're hoping to bake there but it's also their job to make sure you understand your fertility situation and your choices. And sometimes unless you ask the question, you don't get the answer.

    Good luck
Thanks, I did do a lot of research and ask my doctor and he suggested that she should know what's best and she is a good know fertility doctor and go for it so hopefully it will turn things around as she can't put embryos in without doing it and will be good to finally have a camera in there and a biopsy. X
