    Default Jolly jumper obsession

Dd has always been incredibly settled so I'm am a little unsure what to do about this.

Since we started using the jolly jumper (no criticism about that please) she seems to be obsessed with it. To the point now where she will cry as soon as I take her out of it and will only stop crying when I put her back in it. Sometimes feeding her works (only if it's food time though) and if it's sleep time she will cry until she falls asleep! Please help.

She is laughing and makes heaps of sounds when she is in it. It's only when I take her out.

If it's causing that much distress I would get rid of it completely. It's not good to keep them in it for long periods of time and it's not necessary for their development.

I agree with this. I would put it away.

They recommend only using them for half hour a day. I would either hide it or get rid of it.
