Default Is this the start of a MC?

I'm 7 weeks preg. I had a really busy day yesterday- walked 4km uphill on my treadmill in the morning then had to help family clean out their attic so lots of climbing up and down stairs etc.

Last night I started spotting- brown and only a small smear with each wipe.

This morning I am cramping for the last 4 hours and still very light spotting.

    I've never m/c before. I'm scared.

Go to the doctor or local hospital so they can check on bubs. If you go to hospital lie and say you are in pain. Hope all is well xo

This happened to me at 6 weeks, mine lasted a week and ended up heavy red. My son is 8 months old in 2 days. I went to emergency room as it was a weekend, they did bloodtests and booked me for an ultrasound the following week.

Thank you lovelies. It's woeful. I'm too scared to go in case they find that it's a MC
I'm making excuses like that DH works 10+ hour days and I don't want to tell our children yet just in case so I can't take them with me and I can't ask someone to mind them cos I'd have to tell them why. What a load of excuses huh!
I'm booked for my dating scan on Monday. I wonder should I just wait for that or if this really is a MC and I go to hospital today it's not like they can stop it happening is it!?! Sorry. Neurotic.

Has the spotting worsened or the cramping? I say do what you want to do. Either course of action is not going to change the end result so just look after yourself and do what is emotionally best for you right now x

Thanks @BbBbBh the spotting has decreased significantly and is only brown, and there is no cramping at all now since Sunday, and I'm still having full on pg symptoms such as ms and very very tired. Thank you for your support.

It's fine to wait until Monday unless you can bring the scan forward a few days. Like you have said the hospital can't do anything and you are likely to wait around a while. Think positive but take it easy. Be careful overheating your body early on in pregnancy with the exercise. Good luck, I hope everything is ok.
