    Default Positive FRER #1

    Hi everyone

On the eve of Anzac day I posted whether the tests were shonky.. well yesterday I did another lot and the test lines were darker and there is definitely 2 lines.

Last night we showed future MIL the darkest test that we had and she said.. 'oh I know people who got a positive test and they weren't really pregnant'! & told me that I HAVE to go get a blood test so she has proof!

I'm already booked in for Wed to get one anyway.

Seriously the MIL is so negative about everything. (She has never liked me) & has tried to break my relationship up and has abused me and such. It got to the point where my partner didn't talk to her on 3 different occasions.. 2 years, 1.5 years and just recently started talking to her again after 11 months of no contact.

She will be the death of me. I can actually say that I've done nothing wrong towards her ever. I tend not to say much incase she blows up (again).

I don't deserve this from her or anyone from her family.

    Congrats!!

I would keep her at arms length. I wouldn't bring anything up with her regarding blood tests etc.. She doesn't deserve to be involved so closely.

I've gone out of my way to try and make her happy and it doesn't work.

I told my partner that I doubt that I'll leave our baby with his mum alone ever. I can't trust her anymore.

I told her last night that I'm not interested in having a baby shower in the future and she ignored me and said she was going to throw me one.

    Can't win.

That is extremely rude! She should have been excited for you. She sounds pretty toxic and I wouldnt be involving her in anything regarding your pregnancy. You don't need ppl like that dragging you down.

Thanks for all the supportive comments. I wasn't sure about what feedback I would get.

I will probably follow all your advices. I feel the same way. My partner agrees with what has been said and the comments on here. So I do have his support as well

    Xx
