    Default Night out drinking and then going back to breast

    Hi ladies. I just went out for dinner and drinks with a couple of girlfriends and had a few drinks I've come home and my boobs are extremely full so I expressed I got 125mls it seems a shame to waste this does anyone know if it's okay for bub if I freeze it or will it still have alcohol in it

    ABA has an app for drinking and breastfeeding, I'd put in your details and see what it says. But usually two hours for one drink.

    Freezing it doesnt change the alcohol factor, id throw it away
