I know what you mean star, I have had nothing but pregnancy announcements the whole last week. Mainly from friends who are pregnant with either their 2nd or 3rd child all in the space we have been trying for one. While I am happy for them I just wish it would work for us & that we could have some happy news for once instead of bad news.

I know how you feel rocky... This year Dh and I became the only couple amongst our group of close friends that don't have children or are not pregnant. We're starting to feel isolated as we can't talk about sleepless nights, breastfeeding or baby poo. It's a sad reality...

Hey Tiggzie, we are starting to feel the exact same way too! Or we mention we're going away for a wk end & I get the eye roll & then the "be happy you don't have kids yet so you can do all that". It's driving me crazy. We'd both be happy to give that up in an instant to have a baby. I just feel that I can't contribute to their conversations much because it is all about babies. I try but at the same time feel very left out at times.

Af ended up being 2 days late and is much heavier and more cramps than usual. I'm thinking of taking some pregnesone again this month to see if that works.

Rocky - it is a shame that close friendship start to drift apart as one party begins the next chapter in their lives, where the other is still waiting for that chapter to begin! I'm still clinging on hope that one day that will be me!

Cinder - sounds like the pregnyl has worked to some degree. Perhaps stick with it for another couple of months - but at the same time still demand that nk test? What are your thoughts?

I have 2 more months of what we did last month and I'm definitely doing it this month but with the added prednisone to lower my immune response. I am going to call my fs tomorrow and see what he wants to do about the nk test and if he won't do it or I have to wait till feb I will be off to my Ivf appointment next week. Fs wants us to start Ivf in feb if what we are doin. Now doesn't work.
