CinderElla..... what days did you do the Pregnyl injections? I always have my Pregnyl at d3po, d6po and d9po, but I'm thinking you must be on a different timeline than that. Otherwise your HPTs are looking exciting!!

Carlar... very hard to see anything there :-( Yes, test again in the morning. Have you been tested for ANAs and NKCs, considering you've had 10 miscarriages?

I hope that the line keeps getting darker Ella and it means a bfp! How long does pregnyl take to get out of your system?

Thanks star, I have no idea how long it takes that's why testing, didn't want to test on 10dpo and have the pregnyl still show up and think it was a bfp

Fingers crossed for you Ella! I would have thought that 1500 would be out of your system (or nearly out) after 3 days. It's definitely getting darker so hopefully that is a good sign!

Ella my clinic made me wait a full week from my last booster (I had 1500 as well) just to be absolutely sure before doing bloods, but I tested the day before (6 days after my last booster) and got a true positive. Other ladies in my ivf group had tested earlier and gotten true positives. I think when I googled it during my cycle it said something like the levels drop by around half each day, so after 4 days 1500 should be pretty much gone. If it keeps getting darker over the next 3-4 days I'd be thinking it was for real.
