I was the same Phee, side effects from clomid were much worse than the ivf drugs. Letrozole does the same as clomid but I had no side effects from it so found it a lot better

Tiggzie, I'm the same as the other ladies on here. Clomid knocked me around heaps but IVF meds have been much kinder to me ! With clomid I had bad mood swings, hot & cold flushes as well as my vision occasionally going funny which really freaked me out. My doctor did tell me that one was a rare side effect though. If you're working, take sick days/days off when you can & rest up! Oh and take a months break if you need to here & there.

I have also had a lap. I kept putting it off & putting it off. I didn't have many signs of endo but when they did it they found severe endo which was removed. Without it being done I was told that I wouldn't have been able to grow a baby with it the way it was.

Long term ttc is such a roller coaster of emotions & DH & I have both had our ups & downs & sometimes not at the same time. Make sure you talk to each other if you're feeling down & that if you are, it's ok to grieve for the things you don't have but really want. I find it helps to get my feelings out or have a vent & I feel soooo much better afterwards !

One of the first things my fs did was a lap as I had a few signs and was exposed to a sti a few years back. I only had a little bit of endo and some adhesions but totally worth doing as he did some other stuff while he was in there and was good to rule it out.

My dh doesn't seem to care at all about ttc, it wouldn't be talked about if I didn't talk about it. He wants a baby he just doesn't want to do anything to get it or think about it. But he's like that with everything, he never talks about anything :/

I feel like this much ovary pain isn't normal, it hurts most when I'm walking but hurts all the time, it sucks.

Ella my dh is sort of the same. He doesn't talk about ttc and when I approach him about it he simply says he's happy with whatever I choose to do. It's very frustrating! He does get sad about it sometimes but he just says there's nothing we can really do about it

Did you do clomid this cycle? I can't remember if you said but I thought you'd ovulated?

So did you get bloods to confirm o? I don't know much about what pregnyl does to the body but I hope all the pain you're having is a good sign Hun!

    Thanks star,
Yes bloods confirmed o. I actually know very little about pregnyl and what it's doing to help.

I was under the impression that pregnyl was hcg and it helps implantation? I dunno if that's right though lol
