    I'd consider them before giving up hope. I took provera in November then soy isoflavones cd3-7 and ovulated for the first time on about cd36. Xx

    Yea I don't know much about them. Where do you get them from? How much do you take? What are they supposed to do?

    You can get them at health food shops and online. You take double what it takes to ovulate on clomid. So if you need 100mg to ovulate, you take 200mg of soy. It's basically a natural clomid.

    Yea I dunno I guess I feel hesitant about it cos vitex never worked and so why would soy isoflavones? I dunno, feeling pretty beat I guess :/
