Good luck Phee and Bel, my thoughts are with you

Bubbles - I could have written that. I think that all the time. What have we done wrong? Is the universe punishing us for something? Why do all these deadsh*ts keep breeding that don't look after their kids properly? I know several couples who are druggies, get evicted, they always have booze but there are no food in the cupboards... and they get pg over and over It's not fair

I hear ya bubbles! I had a close friend at work announce her pregnancy last week. Sent me into a little downward spiral emotionally. I even got upset seeing a quote on Facebook that said "the most precious jewels you'll ever have around your neck are the arms of your children" and I just thought "not if you can't have any!".

I feel ya girls. It seems like the older I get the more and more pregnancies and babies and bloody stupid bogan crap people have kids and can't feed them and we have so much love to give and it's just not happening. I guess I'll just keep getting more dogs.

I often say the same to DH! We were only joking the other day how we should become junkies or dumb ourselves down a bunch cos maybe then we'd get pregnant haha

If I had of known when I was 16 that it would be this hard I reckon we would of had kids sooner. We've been putting it off till the time was right but really when is the right time.

I've said the same thing to DH several times. Maybe we need to stop being so frugal to ensure our kids have everything, and snort it up our nose, maybe dump our kids for a fortnight straight on our families so we can go on a bender.

Why are the worst parents the most fertile???

This is the thing I hate the most about people who say things like "if it's meant to be it will be"... Are you telling me that those people who abuse their kids are meant to be parents and I'm not? That's so stupid and I can't believe that.

Yep I've very often said exactly this to DH....it seems we need to quit our jobs, have zero responsibility, go on a massive bender of alcohol & drugs & stop taking vitamins & maybe then we'll get preg. Huge hugs to everyone, it's just not fair! You try to look after yourself & do the right thing & it seems to be that everyone else gets rewarded even though you're doing the hard work. I honestly don't think I could handle too many more pregnancy announcements at the moment. People don't realise how hard this long term ttc is..

I agree Phee, that quote annoys me the most....as you put it, why are parents who abuse their children meant to be parents but DH & I are not? It also annoys me a lot that numerous people have told me that after having a miscarriage....so your kids are meant to be here & mine isn't ? Just hurtful..
