He's been taking Menevit for 6 weeks, but he's now taking 100mg of vit C, fish oils. I firmly believe it's the caffeine and codeine that have done it. For results to change so much in 2.5 years tells me it's a lifestyle issue.

I guess there's no dwelling on him taking so long to be re-tested. It's done now and we just have to deal with how to try to fix it.

    Thanks for listening girls

Sorry one more post from me then I will go. Apparently vitamin d is very good for sperm. Maybe 2 1000mcg caps per week

Delerium.... those numbers certainly sound like you have plenty to work from, so don't fret about that too much. Perhaps it may turn out that IVF or IVF/ISCI is what you'll need, but that's fine as you have plenty of sperm, enough motility and good morphology. You only need a couple of good ones for each batch of eggs. I'm sure your specialist will have some good plans.

But you're right, it's better to start getting things done now, rather than wait too long. I wish that my DH and I had met before we did, so we could have started this much earlier, and maybe had a chance, but that wasn't our fate. But definitely that's what I'd be recommending to everyone.

I'll be on it for a while yet I think... I'll stop the contraceptive pill on Tues and hopefully will have a withdrawal bleed pretty quickly then fs will decide if my lining is thin enough to proceed. A lot of the supplements I'll be taking all cycle so at least another 5 weeks or so . Ideally EPU will be in around 3 weeks.

Your fet is in September right? How are you coping with that? Are you enjoying living like a normal person (who is not ttc!) or is the waiting getting to you?

You poor thing. I hope your scan goes well & your lining is where it's meant to be. That'll be good to have EPU in about 3 weeks time.

Yeah, FET is in Sept. I have an appt with my doctor mid July to discuss, so hopefully I'll get given dates then as I'd like to take some time off work for it. I do n't get af by myself so I'm guessing they'll put me back on the pill or provera. I've been coping ok I think. I haven't really had time to think about it as I've been working almost double shifts or over for about the last week. I need a break, I'm exhausted! Work is crazy busy so at least that's good as I won't get much time to think about it

How are you going? I hope your EPU will still fall in the school holidays for you

How's everyone going in here? I'm cd16 and af finally finished today. Longest af I've ever had! Going well with the low gi healthy eating. Lost 2.4kg last week so hopefully can keep it up!
