Argghhh, I had the flu during my last pregnancy. ..honestly felt like dying! The hardest part is being so limited in what you can take to reduce the symptoms, I sat crying in the GPs office with the worst bone-aching pain, was just awful. Get the flu vax!

I had it for both my pregnancies with no problems and no flu!
My 2 1/2 year old and I both had our flu shots for this year today. Mainly for the protection of my 8 month old twins as him and I come into contact with more people than they do. My husband gets his through work.
My only side effect it's a bit of a sore arm which I have right now.

I had it done around 22 weeks. Ob and gp both strongly recommended it. I dont think its worth the risk not getting it as we are more prone to the flu when pregnant, even if u have never had it before. It also protects ur baby for the first 6 months after birth as well!

I had no side effects from it, just a sore arm for a few days but I get this after any injection!

I had mine this week. I have it every year anyway but my dr strongly recommends it for pregnant ladies. I did ask about the kids and he said only if they are prone to asthma or other illnesses would he recommend it.

I had it a month or so ago and no problems, plus OB recommended. I have it every year anyway because I have asthma.
