    We did BLW and a day normally consisted of:

    Breakfast. Weetbix or toast with hummus, avocado, but butter or cream cheese plus some sort of fruit
    Lunch. Zucchini slice, meatballs or avocado sandwich with cucumber, tomatoes and cheese sticks
    Dinner. Whatever we ate - maybe spaghetti bolognese, meat and veg

    At 7 months he was doing a lot of trying and not a lot of swallowing though!

    D is 6 1/2mths.

    We do one of the following for

    Breaky;
    Scrambled eggs & toast soldiers
    Boiled eggs cut in half & toast
    Cooked oats with grated dates
    Weetbix with fruit purée

    Snacks;
    Strawberries cut in half
    Boiled eggs
    Fingers of cheese
    Vegie sticks
    Rice crackers
    Mandarin segments

    Dinner;
    Tuna, potato & broccoli
    Sliced Chicken & spinach
    Salmon, asparagus & potatoes
    Lasagne
    Ravioli & grated cheese
    Cobs of corn
    Rissoles & steamed brocolini
    Cauliflower bake with Parmesan and Tuna.

    That's all I can think of so far. I'm sure there is more.

    I did mostly spoon feed at that age and made a heap of slow cooker stews packed full of veggies with different meats as many meals.

    Avocado and Ricotta for lunch is my bubba's favourite!
    Looks like there are a few ideas above so I didn't want to repeat any....I didn't see that one though.
