AFM 8 DPO and twiddling my thumbs. No symptoms at all. I came down with a cold and had yesterday off work and now poor DH has it.

    Hi ladies,

Just a quick question. Does anyone monitor there cervical position here? If so what do you look for?

Apparently they change throughout the cycle high and low. I have never noticed a change, mine is always to the right (don't know why that is)

It's usually high soft and open at ovulation then drops to low hard and closed for AF.

So mine was low and felt firm and this evening I can't even reach it.

Still getting negative opks though plus getting all the symptoms mentioned earlier. Surely this cannot all be in my head. I just want to know if I have ovulated yet!

It's frustrating huh? Every woman is different, but mine moves up high and soft about 2-3 days before ovulation and stays there until around 10DPO then drops. I don't even need pg tests anymore. I know just by cm and position, it's like clockwork.

Keeping doing the OPK's. And I know it's TMI, but I've never found sperm to be stretchy like EWCM. I find it's slippery, but not stretchy. Sounds to me like your body is ramping up. I normally get EWCM for 3 days before ovulation, but this month it started cd10 and I didn't ovulate until yesterday, cd16. So multiple days of EWCM before o can be very normal.
