@Tammy25 I would say the same as FF. It's not just about a single rise in temperature, it's about maintaining a temperature above cover line. BBT is looking for a biphasic pattern, so for the first half of your cycle it's mostly on the lower side then after ovulation with the increase in progesterone your temp spikes and maintains until AF when it drops again, or pregnant in which case it maintains above the cover line. Temping is the most accurate way to pinpoint when you ovulated (but useless for predicting). I don't get much in the way of cervical mucous so I can't rely in that, plus when trying to bd so frequently, what looks like EWCM to me could possibly also be the remnants of DHs semen (sorry tmi!).
