    When i was in the shower last night i felt something but brushed it off to maybe gas, then this morning was in bed sort of snoozing but wasn't asleep and it woke me up completely! I get two distinct taps, but still very unsure at this stage as i was sort of asleep and then about 10 min later i felt another POP!! So it must be bubs!! Im 16 weeks today so its not too early! Im so excited, i told DH as soon as he woke up I just can't wait to feel it again! Im thinking more and more this baby is a he but who knows!! I still won't know until the 26th June.

    @totalkaos I did take a pic and I had my 3d scan at Mawson lakes. They were really good. I'd recommend them. We will probably go back before my baby shower as my sister wants to show a DVD of bubs at the shower.
    @GStef awesome baby belly!!
    @stillfuntryin that's awesome that you felt bubs move

    Scan today in 1 hour yay

    Okay this is just for fun.....

    I know it's an old wives tale to predict gender from heart rate... but I've also heard sometimes it can be slightly true that higher hearts rates indicate girl and slower indicate boy. Just for fun what do you think your having based on heart rare. Those that found out was it true for you.

    As a rough guide per week I found this scale (i found the scale on the Internet so it may not be 100% accurate)
    Week 5 starts at 80 and ends at 103 bpm
    Week 6 starts at 103 and ends at 126 bpm
    Week 7 starts at 126 and ends at 149 bpm
    Week 8 starts at 149 and ends at 172 bpm
    week 9 the fetal heartbeat tends to beat within a range of 155 to 195 bpm.
    The fetal heart rate will begin to decrease and generally will fall within the range of 120 to 160 bpm by week 12.

    I was 171 for twin 1 and 174 for twin 2 at 9 weeks. I'm hoping for at least one girl!

    SOOOO exciting!!! Yep my two just felt like little pops - can't wait to feel them again!!!!
    @BaoLovesLudo - mines was 158 at 8 weeks, and remained at 158 at the 12 week scan. MY SIL thinks its a girl... based on this, and someone else also said girl.

    I am happy either way but think it's going to be a boy. November will tell!

    Wish, you've proved the tale wrong hehe. Bowties, it's so fun guessing, you'll get a nice surprise. I'm going to find out too impatient!
