    Evening all,

I like the idea of cloth nappies but I'm pretty clueless about the whole thing really and certainty won't be crazy strict about it, the suggestion of disposable for the 1st few months until you get the hang of it and then moving onto cloth sounds like a winner. From the sounds of it there are 4 brands I should look at BBH, Cushie Tushies, Itti Bitti's and cloth my bot. Is there anything in particular I should look for?

AFM scan today went well, HR of 174 and measuring on time at 10w3d. I had the flu shot today and am thinking of getting the harmony test, I wasn't going to, but my GP convinced me it is worth it for the additional assurance (we don't want to know the sex). More good news is that I've only been spotting not bleeding since Sunday. If that keeps up I should be off bed rest soon (it's been 5 weeks and counting and it's driving me ).

Sorry to hear about those struggling with m/s & migraines, hopefully were all on the mend soon.

@misti the brands of nappies you are looking for will depend on what you want from your nappy, there are good brands for fitteds and good brands for osfm (one size fits most) also commercial companies and WAHM's. the MCN world can be as simple or as complicated as you like.

The brands I will be have researched and will be purchasing are
    BBH - multifit magicalls
    Cushie Tushie - chameleons
    Itti Bitti's - tuttos
    Issy Bears - everybears
    Peapods - osfm
    Green kids - anytimes

some WAHMS ive heard about include designer bums, fluffy bums and roar.

Id like to try osfm with PUL and one or two of each nappy (second hand of course) until I find which ones work best for my baby. Everyone you speak to about MCN's will tell you certain brands worked for them and 5 that didnt.

Just thought id get out my work doppler (even though I told myself I wouldnt) and both heartbeats are good. Yay! Despite the sick, the pain, the tiredness... its all worth it. We are all on such an amazing journey! And im so glad I get to share it with such an amazing group of women. :-)

Sorry to hear about those with migraines and morning sickness hope it goes soon!

Just wanted to pop in with a bump photo - I'm 20 wks today

Spoke to ob today about low lying placenta and she said no BD until the 34 week mark to avoid bleeds. All my ob app have been booked from here until due date too! ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1400752397.793141.jpg

@Wishnhope thanks for the info on the mcns something I'm definitely considering.
@ELM13 what a great bump. 20 weeks!! Half way already!!

I think my bump popped yesterday. Bear in mind I'm a size 16-18 normally so probably looks bigger from my fat lol
