    Default What is your favourite way to eat eggs?

    I have 2 dozen eggs. We are sick of fried eggs and soft boiled eggs.

    So tell me how do you eat your eggs? Meals or sides.

    - frittata
    - quiche
    - egg custard
    - meringue

    You could also make pastry/pasta with the egg yolks

    Mini quiches/pies (Roast pumpkin, fetta and pancetta is yummo)
    Portuguese Custard Tarts
    Meringues/Pav
    Soft boiled with soldiers
    Ceasar Salad with poached egg on top
    Frittata
    Cakes/muffins/friands
    Baked eggs.

    we have 17 chooks so eat a lot off bumnuts!
