Our best was a day 7 effort. I took him to the parents room stripped him off and held him under the tap.

In our house it only rates the poosplosion tag if it comes out every hole in the nappy - include the waistband at the front.

Just a hint - when he finally does poo don't rush and change it straight away. Wait a couple of minutes just in case he isn't quite done. Nothing worse than a tsunami starting while you've got the nappy off...

@maternidade I was expecting that yesterday at Easter lunch in a white outfit. Nuthin..

Now he's in a Dalmatian MCN which I probably haven't done up tight enough... We'll see how we go

my DS went 14 days once (fully breast fed). it was amazing when he finally went. FYI longest recorded time in fully breast fed bubs is like 43 days or something.

I am probably no help because my bub is only 3 1/2 weeks. But she went 24 a few days ago and we massaged tummy in circular clockwise for about 2 mins and and at the same time did bicycle moves with legs. She exploded straight away.

Bf bubs can go for a week or so with no poops. Totally normal.
Dd at 8weeks started only going once every 10days. But when she did go.. Holly Molly!!

It's only considered constipation if bubs is in pain or when they do go it's thick like pellets.
