Default 10 week old sleep regression?

Help! DS2 has been a great sleeper since he was born, basically put him in his cot awake and he would happily drift off to sleep on his own. Day and night, we had a period from about 4/5 weeks where he wouldn't sleep in the arvo bit by 8 weeks he got a lot better.

He was 10 weeks on Monday and he's been really difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep now

    What's going on?

It just happens! Now with hindsight & a 15 month old that only just recently started sleeping through - it just happens & I don't think there's anything you can do about it! I tried EVERYTHING & nothing worked. I tried all the potions & lotions & methods & techniques, I stressed out so much about her not sleeping when I wanted & then getting better & then getting worse again. I wish someone had just told me when she was that little that it just happens & you just have to deal with it, it will change again in a matter of weeks. I say this with all the love & compassion in my heart because I honestly know 1st hand how frustrating it is!!!! I hope you find something that may help your little one or he's settles again soon!
