    Default Pre vasectomy ?

My husband has booked in for a vasectomy next week. Does anyone know if you need to ejaculate before hand? Also does he need to shave or does the doctor do it? I thought I would ask here before ringing up the doctor's receptionist. Thanks

Hubby took him own hair off. I don't remember about the other.

I don't think it'd make much difference, all they do is cut the tubes & cauterise.

DH asked his Dr this question when he booked in to have it done & was told there is no need. The only instructions he was given was to shave & shower prior to procedure
