    Default Protein pancakes

Are they really as yummy as normal pancakes?
Does anyone have a fool proof recipe?
    TIA

Yes they are delicious! I assume this is the type of thing you are talking about. We have this every day (DH and I)

    2 scoops protein powder
    2 eggs
2 scoops cottage cheese or quark
    4 medjool dates chopped finely
Small handful or sultanas or any other dried fruit you might like eg cranberries

Mix thoroughly and cook on the stove. I have mine with some honey and extra quark on top.

Before I started eating this for breakfast I would have brekky and be hungry again by 10am. But this holds me until at least 1pm.

I made some chocolate ones earlier with 2 scoops choc protein, 1/2 mashed banana, 2 egg whites and 1/2 cup almond milk and they were tasteless! I guess its hard to expect they will taste like the full fat, full sugar ones.

I think you need a bit more flavor in there. Try some finely chopped medjool dates in there too.
