    Default Gastro vs food poisoning

    Can you tell difference?

    Just wondering if you can if so I will go stay at my mums. Im ib total panics with 6.5wk old and his other Illness.

    Hubby has onset of runs etc but I feel ok eaten the same. Minus full cream milk.

    When I get gastro I tend to have a fever and whole body weekness and feel really fluey like I have the onset of the flu plus my body is rejecting everything from both ends.

    Food poisoning it feels like I have the shakes, severe stomach cramps and rejecting everything from both ends.

    I hope that made sense
