    Have you dilated more or still at 3cms. Still having contractions or anything? If at any point you feel you need to go back for a check or anything, please do.

    Yes you're not in labour. Most likely early labour.

    You are much better being off at home and waiting for the contractions to become stronger and much closer. This 10-15 minutely contractions could go on for quite a few days and there's no point being in hospital for it.

    If you feel that you're not coping with the pain at home or are worried contact Birth Suite.
