I get this too. It kind of feels....bruised. Maybe that isn't the right word but just very sensitive and like there is extra blood flow to the vulva.
    Eta, flow not blow.
I have no idea of the reason for it.

Sames!! It feels like my pubic bone is aching.
I also only had stomach period pains before children, but now it's all down low.
I figured its because of all that stretching my pelvis had to do after an 8'3" & 9'11" natural birth :/

Yes I get this too if I've been standing too long or done lots of walking while I've got my period. It feels like I've been kicked in the vag.

I've got bladder and uterine prolapses which are worse during that time of the month I thought it must be related to that.

    Standing def makes it worse!
I have to take a neurofen, and go sit in the shower until it kicks in.

Just another: "yay for being a girl" moment lol

Oh my gosh I'm the same since childbirth. It's exactly how you describe it, SPG. I hate it. Is there anything we can do about it?

Yeah me too since childbirth. Its usually only tender for a day or so at the start of AF. 3 years since giving birth the last time and it still tender during AF.

I wonder if its just something that happens after child birth...another joy of being a woman .

If you are feeling like there is something wrong please go an see a gp and get a referral to a gyne. I had some major dramas after child birth (big babies) and the best thing i ever did was go and see a specialist.
