Just watched this on 7 news. My heart just breaks for this family. Dd is meant to be in bed but I just want an extra while others cuddles tonight. My heart goes out to them. It's my (and any parents) worst nightmare and I can't imagine the struggle they would be going through.

I pray she I found safe and sound as soon as possible.

It's hard to say how you would hope to react until you are in the exact situation.

I believe in the power of positivity and am putting all my energy out there in the universe that the poor poor little girl is found safe and well.

Oh my gosh, have mercy on the poor dad! I just watched the video of him, and all I see is an incredibly distressed man and my heart just went out to him. The poor family are clearly devastated and distraught, living a nightmare. I feel sick just thinking about it. :-(

I wish I hadn't read this thread. I just find it so, I don't know...distasteful, I suppose to be speculating on a family members guilt or innocence. We don't know what happened and this judgement will be on the web forever for the victims family, her brother and sisters to search and read forever.

This is alllll over social media, I just wish the hub could be above it all IYKWIM? I don't expect people to agree, but yeah, I just think we could leave the prosecution for the courts.

BubHub is a caring and supportive online community and why should that change now? If members want to speculate and put this family on trial then head over to non-moderated social media sites, I'm sure there will already be a page set up to flame these parents - that is the place to play amateur detective not BubHub.

There are many members on this forum from that greater area (me included) and I don't think it is really that hard to show support, share media updates on the situation instead of upsetting members with wild accusations. Let the Police do the detective work - they do it best.

If you have information that you think will help with the investigation please ring 131 564.
I'm shocked that I (and many other members) have to highlight this again. Stop playing detective! Be like @My Beloved Ones, be positive and put all your energy out there in the universe that the poor poor little girl is found safe and well.

I have all confidence that the police detectives know what they're doing and if whoever took this little girl is known to her/the family they will be found. They know the process and they know how to profile such cases.
