I think its really disappointing that people are still speculating and making assumptions when a mod has specifically asked people not to.

Just putting on context why this thread has taken this direction.
I wonder if it's because the father seems to be of a low socio economic status that we are quick to presume he's dodgy? I don't like judging but I found myself doing so. I guess we can only wait and see and hope for a good outcome.
Yes but the mods and admin have asked for no more speculation only support or new updates, yet people keep putting up speculative posts.
People don't know who are behind profiles etc online there could be immediate family members apart of our community and imagine if you are one of them how you'd feel reading posts like that about someone close to you ESP if they know they didn't do it.
Hence why its been asked only new updates or support are shared.
Not censorship @VicPark - just showing compassion and actually caring for another human being.
BubHub is a caring and supportive online community and why should that change now? If members want to speculate and put this family on trial then head over to non-moderated social media sites, I'm sure there will already be a page set up to flame these parents - that is the place to play amateur detective not BubHub.
There are many members on this forum from that greater area (me included) and I don't think it is really that hard to show support, share media updates on the situation instead of upsetting members with wild accusations. Let the Police do the detective work - they do it best.

I would completely lose my mind if my child went missing I really truly know this. My son hid from me once under the house for an hour when he was 4 and I was beside myself frantic and panicking hard core. I couldn't sit still I was absolutely freaking out ( I can imagine very well what it must feel like, just a horrible whirling nightmare that you can't wake up from. I would need to be sedated
Omg poor baby girl I hope they find her safe soon.. so sad.. she looks just like maddie mccann
