Not looking at the camera (when making a plea for your child's safety) is what's making me suspicious.
    I hope I'm wrong here

I always find it suss when they "play the detective"
Like how he pointed out the foot print or how he said he thinks it must be someone they know.

It's like when Kesha Abrahams mother said we think it might be someone who can't have children etc

That always makes my instincts scream.

My thoughts exactly! This father also apparently said he thought it might be someone who couldn't have children.

    It's classic passing the blame...

I don't think its anyones place to speculate who may have done what.
The public are not privy to most information and one can only imagine the million emotions the parents are feeling.
Casting judgement over the father from one small press conference which he would have been told to do isn't fair or helping anyone.

@RaryGirl has already asked that this thread be of support and not judgment etc.

Nobody knows how they would react when their child is missing. Some people are socially awkward etc and having to be on an interview while your child is missing while trying to hold it together would make anyone feel awkward I'm guessing.

Give him the benefit of the doubt until such time they know for certain who's done what because for all we know at this present point in time is that he is a father who's daughter is missing.

We're not allowed speculate here but I just wanted to say that's a classic sign of lying.
Information overload or embellishing the story to try make it sound more believable.
    That's it, I won't say anymore.
