Default Dark BFP on cd21... Help!!

    Hi ladies,

This morning I decided to take a HPT as i have been experiencing some symptoms. I had clomid (fertility drug on cd3-7) the test come up with a strong positive within seconds. I then went to the chemist to get more tests and took 3 in total because I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. They are all positive.
My FS is away today so they were no help there!!
I took OPKs and should be 9 dpo.

I'm just so worried that I'm getting a strong positive so early and something is wrong, has this happened to anyone else?? ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1397027434.044064.jpg

I did OI using Letrozole, both times I had a positive hpt by day 22. Did you do a day 21 progesterone test to confirm ovulation? I'd be doing a quiet little happy dance - congrats!!!

Is there a chance you ovulated earlier? 2-3wks on the digital is since ovulation, so you would be 4-5wks along.

    Or...maybe multiples

Is that what it means when it days 2-3 weeks? That wouldn't the possible unless I was pregnant before I took the clomid??? I only spotted for 3 day with my period. Oh gosh I'm confused! I hope everything's ok

Yep it's 2-3weeks since ovulation so yes you'd be 4-5weeks depending on when your LMP was.
Three pregnancy tests don't lie honey, your UTD!! Congratulations!!!
Go to a GP and get some bloods done and a referral for a dating scan.
Judging by you being 4-5weeks. Book one for 1-2weeks so you'll be 6-7weeks.
They will be able to measure either the sac or bub to give you a more accurate gestation.

I'd say you could have been pregnant before you started clomid or ovulated extremely early on clomid, either way very unlikely its a false positive and congratulations are in order.

Thanks ladies, I'm just worried I've harmed it if I did conceive before clomid.

@Mummsyofone First pregnancy was great, and am 27 weeks into #2, and it's been perfect. Both Letrozole babies (100% success rate! love the stuff!). Did you have a scan at 9-11 days to find any follicles? If you were already utd then, your FS would have seen it, as a follicle is much bigger than an emby afaik. Am sure you'll be ok xxx
