    Default Loom bands

Yesterday dd came home from daycare asking me to buy her some loom bands. I had no idea what they were so after a Google search have now realized they are the latest thing! I have just bought a kit from the bargain shop and looking forward to giving it a go with dd tonight
    Anyone else getting into this?

Thanks to Miss10yo, I have a loom band hibiscus bracelet, a usb stick lanyard and a keychain

We also have loom bands in the vacuum, the bath, the bin, her bed and, this morning, one in my coffee...

With (grumbling) thanks to Youtube we have just about everything covered in crocheted/knitted little colored rubber bands.

Yes my two primary aged kids are really into them. We have done a bit this holidays. Not as easy as it looks

I've got a feeling I will have to "help" dd who is only 4.5 and ds who is 3 and always wants to join in. I can imagine the mess already!

We have one- and I've only got boys! Lol.
His girlfriend made him a "get well soon" bracelet in his footy team colours.

He hasn't taken it off since.

Oh yes , Miss 7 and Miss 5 have decked me out in an array of bracelets and anklets in various colours of the rainbow. They have the white plastic threader-thing to help make them. I love how it's their latest little trend as it brings back memories of when I was their age and all the little latest fads/trends we were into. Good, harmless fun.

Miss 22 mths and Miss 3 on the other hand think it's fabulous to throw them all over the lounge room floor and it's muggins here that ends up picking them up from all over the place, I find them everywhere..sigh.....

Yep! DD came home from school with a bracelet and I had to hunt down a kit for her. When she goes to bed I get the kit out and watch youtube videos and make things for her as she struggles to do the ones on the actual loom, but can make them on her fingers lol.
It has gotten so bad that DDs school has banned them! Kids were making them in class.
    I think they are great

    Yes we have them too
They are fun but they can start to get annoying once they turn up everywhere! Although I bought 2 more packs today.
