    They are really yummy! Mine is more on the sweet side - water, banana, celery, lime juice, spinach & pear.

    I started drinking them when I got pregnant and I was skeptical at first about the taste but the banana makes it! I was time poor while pregnant so got some fruit & vege in first thing.

    Breakfast:
    Porridge with blueberries
    Smoothie
    Oats/yogurt/fruit
    Poached eggs on toast

    Snacks (am/pm)
    Fruit and some nuts
    Yogurt
    Avocado/crackers
    Hommus/crackers/vege sticks
    Popcorn
    boiled eggs

    Dinner:
    Protein (steak/chicken/fish) with salad or steamed veges.
    Pasta
    Soups

    I've found the losebabyweight website has heaps of great recipes on it - heaps of ideas and variety for both sweet and savoury foods. Taste is a great website too.
