    Green smoothie (no milk)
    Greek yoghurt with frozen berries

Wrap with roasted chicken or tuna

Dinner will be meat & vege, soups, stews etc.

    Pretty boring around here!

Oh and I have one soda every two days (Canada Dry) and beer/cider on weekends mainly

Green smoothies seem like the go to brekkie now! What do you put in them? And what do you eat for the rest of the day?

Are green smoothies actually really yummy? Or are they something that because it's healthy people just tell themselves it's yummy to feel better about drinking something gross.

Yep they are yummy this may help you until you feel up to experimenting with your own mix: http://www.incrediblesmoothies.com/g...othie-recipes/

That website also explains why you should change up your main green base too.
Rest of the day could be boiled eggs, avocado on toast, tuna and salad, crackers with ham and tomato then I usually make dinner from scratch and also make hommus or salsa with crackers or veggie sticks.

Depends how you make it. The first few times I had a green smoothie using spinach it was naaaaaasty. And I'm a big protein smoothie and fruit smoothie drinker. Lol. After a couple you get used to the spinachy taste and then you can start to taste the other ingredients more

    Im a pretty simple eater.

    Most days go like this:
Breaky - 2 Pieces of toast and a glass of milk
Lunch - Ham, Cheese and some Vita Wheats, a banana every now and then (sometimes a coke)
Afternoon Tea - DS and I share a honey sandwich sometimes LOL or biscuits.
Dinner - Meat with Veges or a Pasta Dish or perhaps a chicken and rice dish.

Today for lunch though, Im having leftover Butter Chicken and rice from last night.

I might have 1-2 coffees per day also.

Im bad and dont really eat a lot of fruit, I never have.

Only since 7 mth old DD started solids has this become more regular, as I like to sit down with her and eat together.

Breakfast - 1 sourdough toast with either marg/jam or a nut butter (boiled or scrambled eggs about twice a week)
    - 1 cup of tea

No distinct lunch, just snacks when DD eats - frozen berries mixed with plain Greek yogurt, half a banana, piece of cake/muffin if I've done some baking

Dinner - pasta or Indian home cooking, eat out or takeout twice a month

Dessert - bake a lot, so tend to have something for dessert after dinner most days
    - if not will have a milo before bed
