    We easily spend a good hour just reading and singing songs in bed before I put her down in her cot for the night. DD is 20 months and loves books.
    Plus a bath is usually 15-20 minutes or so long.

    My kids go to bed late...
    Dinner 6-6.30
    Baths 7-7.30
    7.30-8.00 Free time, usually drawing, card games, tv
    8-9 brush teeth, toilet, read books, cuddles. Kids asleep by 9-9.30

    6 pm bath and pj's
    6.30 milk, brush teeth
    6.40 read book
    6.45 lights out. If dh is doing day shift then ds sits in the lounge room watching TV till his dad gets home while I rock DD to sleep. otherwise both go to sleep together.
